How long information is kept
The custom form processor is designed to avoid keeping a permanent database copy of a submission. A copy of the request may remain in Rick’s business email.
Inquiries that do not become jobs are generally retained for no more than 12 months. Records associated with completed work may be kept for up to four years, or longer when reasonably needed for accounting, insurance, warranty, dispute, or legal purposes. Residual copies may remain for a limited period in routine hosting or email backups.
